Importance of Data Protection: Safeguarding Personal Data Privacy | Understanding Data Protection Law: Ensuring Personal Data Privacy | Effective Strategies for Data Protection: Safeguarding Personal Data Privacy

Aim of this HR Course

The aims of this course are to explore avenues as to how employers can retain employees contractually and how the employment contract addresses risks when an employee joins a competitor organisation.

In the post covid era, the Z generation is proving to be more challenging for employers to retain. The young workforce favours employment providing for a more balanced work lifestyle and is more inclined to change employment for better opportunities, resulting in high attrition rate with growing pressure on the HR department to be creative in devising new incentive schemes.
